Who We Are

Sean, Owner

Sean has been in the construction industry for 34 years in the Chapel Hill and surrounding areas. He started his career in 1988 with Mellott Contractors and then moved to Carolina Grading in 1991 where he drove a truck until 1998. From there, he went to work for Mark Moldenhauer Landscaping learning everything about the industry. In the fall of 2021 when Mark decided to reduce his workload, Sean purchased the company and is eager to continue serving our customers as Sean Murray Grading, dba Mark Moldenhauer Landscaping for many years to come.
